Working hard in the A.M.!
Look at these ladies sweat! Here they are working med ball cleans, curls to overhead, windmills and woodchops. 20 seonds on, 10 seconds to rotate. And a run in between each set. Summer is here and the heat is on. Good job ladies!

I coach the CrossFit Central Women's-Only Bootcamp at Anderson High School. We meet at the basketball courts that are directly off the parking lot at Anderson High School. If you are coming from Mopac on Steck, turn right into the parking lot from Steck. We've got a great group of women with a variety of fitness levels. Come check us out!
